In high season, the house is only available for rental by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. In mid and low-season, flexible dates may be possible. Please inquire.
The house is perfect for 2 people, max. 3 people.

Prices are in euros and are for the entire house for the period indicated. Dates are indicative. Contact us for exact dates of beginning and end of the different seasons.
Low season: January, February, March, October, November, December;
Mid season: April, May, September;
High season: June, July, August, Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Holidays.
Terms and conditions
Casina di Rosa is exclusively non-smoking.
The rental price includes:
- taxes
- bedroom linen, kitchen and bathroom towels (changed weekly)
- consumption of water, electricity and gas
- heating / air-conditioning
- use of the washing machine and iron
- small gift basket containing local products
- wifi internet access
The rental price does not include:
- final cleaning: 30 euros
Check-in: Saturdays between 4pm and 7pm. It is possible to alter the arrival time given advance notice. Check-out: on the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 10am.
Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome. Guests are responsible for any damages to the house and furniture.
Self-check-in, although we try to meet our guests in person for the check-in procedure as often as we can.
We are always reachable via whatsapp, facetime, etc.
Payment Options
A sum equal to 50% of the total rental price must be paid at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is to be paid in cash 24 hours before arrival, after which the code for the key safe is provided. When we can meet our guests in person, it is possible to pay the balance upon arrival. Please make arrangements with us in advance.
Guests will also be asked to leave a security deposit of 100 euros, which will be returned at the time of departure provided that there is no damage to the premises.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of a cancellation of a confirmed reservation a cancellation fee will apply. The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
In case a new reservation is placed for a different time of the same year within two weeks of the cancellation, 30% of the reservation deposit is transferred to the new reservation.
If the week left vacant by the cancellation is rented by other guests, 100% of the deposit is transferred to the new reservation if the reservation was made within 2 weeks of the date of the cancellation.
There are no exceptions to these policies. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances including covid-19.
