The house
Casina di Rosa dates back to the end of the 19th century when it was built just outside the walls of the village by the Ardengheschi Counts.
The house is completely independent and has been recently restructured. It consists of bedroom, kitchen, sitting room with sofabed and a brand new bathroom. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, but it is perfect for a couple.
The house can be heated by a gas heater, an electric heater and a fireplace in the winter months.

The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a large armoire and a chest of drawers for use by our guests.

The sitting-room
The sitting room has been recently renovated and furnished in a rustic style. It has two sofas, one of which is a sofabed, coffee table, side tables and a stereo.

The well equipped kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped to allow our guests to be self-sufficient. It contains a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster and electric kettle. There is a stone fireplace and a table and chairs for eating. Hot water is available throughout the house.

The bathroom is completely new and outfitted with fixtures from Ideal Standard: WC, sink, bidet and shower.

Participate in bookcrossing! Feel free to take the books that you find in our library (only fiction, not the guidebooks)! You can keep the novels that you find there, but you have to leave an equal number or novels in their place. The books that you leave must be in the same language.
